Jim has been working in a private practice for over 20 years. He has treated elite athletes involved in soccer, rugby league, and rugby union. Jim has a special interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy with a particular focus on gym conditioning programs and home-based exercise programs.

He is a full member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association as well as a certified hand therapist. Jim maintains his knowledge and skills by regularly attending workshops and courses. Jim is fluent in Greek and his passion for Physiotherapy is very well respected in the industry.




Rashmee is a young, passionate Physiotherapist who has extensive experience in back and neck pain injuries.


Rashmee also has a special interest in Hand Therapy and has completed the AHTA fundamental of Hand Therapy as well as having completed numerous Hand Therapy courses in AHTA In 2018. She has worked closely with a number of hand surgeons throughout Bankstown. 

Rashmee has furthered her knowledge and completed a course in dry needling which has provided her with an effective way to treat tight, achy and sore muscles.




After completing a Bachelor of Health Science and Masters of Physiotherapy, Jawad has integrated his skills and knowledge to provide optimal treatment to best manage patients.

He is an Associate Member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association as well as a Member of the Australian Physiotherapy(APA).

Jawad has an interest in Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and has extensive experience with local sporting teams and organizations. Jawad is currently a Physiotherapist for the Canterbury Bulldogs SG BALL & Harold Mathews Cup.

Jawad has a strong emphasis on self-management strategies such as home exercise programs, gym programs, work conditioning programs, postural awareness and facilitates the bounce.




Clare has completed her Graduate Certificate in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy at Melbourne University. She a special interest in women’s health related conditions, particularly those occurring during pregnancy, or those involving the pelvic floor.


She has had extensive experience in Physiotherapy, having worked in aged care, and in private practices to treat various conditions. She has also completed an APPI Mat-work Pilates course as well as a Level 1 WHTA Introductory Intensive Women’s Health Course that she often incorporates within her treatment sessions.   





Nick has extensive experience and skills in rehabilitation and post-operative treatment. He is a well-respected Physiotherapist at Westmead Hospital, Auburn Hospital, and St Joseph’s Hospital.

Nick has a special interest in Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy with a focus on manual therapy and has been involved with a number of sports teams and clubs.

Nick is very conscientious and thorough with the treatment he provides to his patients. My treatment approach is customised to suit each individual patients’ needs.




Joe has worked in several areas of Physiotherapy working in a hospital and private practice settings, gaining valuable experience with each position along the way.

He has a special interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy with a particular interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation, neck and low back pain and core strengthening. Joseph attends up-to-date workshops and courses to update his clinical skills.




Christina is a motivated physiotherapist who has a special interest in chronic pain and hand therapy. She has completed a number of courses towards upskilling herself.


She is a Western Sydney University Physiotherapy graduate. She is passionate about what she does. She is looking forward to working with clients and helping them return back to normal function.




Melissah is a qualified massage therapist and personal trainer who has been with us since 2014. She has over five years experience working across both of these fields and as a result is highly experienced across various treatment techniques.


Melissah has a strong interest in extreme sports and she herself has experience in bouldering and soccer. In this, she understands that all injuries are different and she is happy to customise all massage and treatment to suit individual needs. 

Some examples of her massage work includes; sweedish massage, remedial massage, sports massage and cupping. 

On top of her massage work, many of our regular clients will recognise Melissah from her friendly smile as they are greeted at the front desk.
